Green Mars by Kim Stanley Robinson
Mankind’s Terraforming of Mars continues in the second volume of Kim Stanley Robinson’s epic Mars Trilogy. An improvement on the first book, though not enough to warrant an increase to four stars from the three I gave the first volume.
The plot moves at a faster pace in this book and there is less of the irrelevant infodumping that served neither character development or plot in the first volume. Overall, three stars, with the hope of continued improvement in volume three. |
